HAYLEY BOSWORTH
FounderRage is powerful, but joy is better. In a world that feels like it’s constantly challenging us to give up, the people and things that bring me joy are what keep me going. Joy alone is not resistance, but resistance without joy will consume you. I’m so honored to find others who want to resist, resist joyfully, and resist often.

I have always had the drive to give my hands back to the community but it’s hard to feel like you’re making a difference on your own. Having a community of people that want to help and have fun doing it changes everything. A hope for a joyful change.

Club CaptainI joined Joy Resistance Network because I deeply believe in what the club stands for. I’m passionate about sustainability, reproductive rights, and LGBTQ+ advocacy in order to cultivate a world where all humans are protected, valued, and safe. I’m excited to be part of an inclusive community that uplifts others and gives back to the local community. Joy IS activism and I’m happy to contribute my time, energy, and compassion to a group that shares those values!
Sarah Schneider
Club CaptainWe sometimes forget that joy can be just as important a form of protest as any other kind of resistance. The people and systems we fight against often benefit when we are isolated, exhausted, and consumed by our anger. Gathering in community with thoughtful, caring, like-minded people is a way to nourish ourselves, find connection, and remind each other what we're fighting for. Joy isn't a distraction from the work, rather it helps sustain us so we can keep showing up for it.

Ambassador // CaliforniaI joined the Joy Resistance Network because I care deeply about human rights and our planet, because advocacy work can be exhausting, and because finding genuine community can feel especially difficult in a world that is increasingly divided. I wanted a space where I could find my people, feel safe and supported, and stay connected to the work without losing myself in it. Joy Resistance offers a way to feel replenished by activism, not depleted by it, and to remember that community, connection, and joy are part of how we keep going.
